a clearing  is an experimental folktale that takes the form of a short art film, made in collaboration with performance artist Jennifer Harge. The film is a culmination of extensive work in my documentation of the movement practice of Harge, and has been presented as a film installation presentation at both the Wexner Center for the Arts and Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit. Included here are excerpts from the film.
